How We Take Payments
PayPal
- Pay with your PayPal balance, linked bank, or credit/debit card.
- Guest checkout by card via PayPal is available in many countries (availability is set by PayPal and may vary).
- Payments are captured at the time of purchase. Bank-funded eChecks must clear before dispatch.
Card Payments via Stripe
- Pay securely with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and other regionally supported cards.
- Card details are encrypted and processed directly by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.
Apple Pay
- Available on eligible Apple devices using Safari. Complete your purchase with Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode.
Google Pay
- Available on eligible browsers and Android devices. Pay quickly using your saved Google Pay details.
Payment Security
- All checkouts are protected with SSL/TLS encryption.
- We do not store full card details on our servers.
- Payments are processed by PayPal and Stripe using PCI DSS-compliant systems.
- Where required (e.g., EU/UK), we support Strong Customer Authentication (3-D Secure) via our processors.
Currencies & Fees
- Prices are shown in USD (or a displayed local currency for convenience where available).
- Unless otherwise indicated at checkout, charges are processed in USD.
- Your bank, PayPal, or card provider may apply FX conversion or cross-border fees.
Authorizations, Holds & Verification
- For fraud prevention, we may hold or cancel orders that fail verification or appear high-risk.
- Ensure your billing name, address, and phone are accurate; mismatches can delay processing.
- We do not accept COD (cash on delivery).
Refunds to Original Method
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
- Posting times depend on the provider (typically 3–10 business days after we issue the refund).
- Any currency conversion differences or third-party fees are handled by your bank or payment provider.
