Payment Methods – Hunting Holsters

At Hunting Holsters, we understand the importance of secure and convenient payments. That’s why we use trusted, industry-leading payment providers to process your transactions quickly and safely.

How We Take Payments (Now)

PayPal

  • Pay with your PayPal balance, linked bank, or credit/debit card.
  • Guest checkout by card via PayPal is available in many countries (availability is set by PayPal and may vary).
  • Payments are captured at the time of purchase. Bank-funded eChecks must clear before dispatch.

Coming Soon (Not yet enabled)

  • Card payments via Stripe (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and regionally supported cards)
  • Apple Pay (eligible Apple devices & Safari)
  • Google Pay (eligible browsers/devices)

Payment Security

  • All checkouts are protected with SSL/TLS encryption.
  • We do not store full card details on our servers.
  • Payments are processed by PayPal (and later Stripe) using PCI DSS-compliant systems.
  • Where required (e.g., EU/UK), we support Strong Customer Authentication (3-D Secure) via our processors.

Currencies & Fees

  • Prices are shown in USD (or a displayed local currency for convenience where available).
  • Unless otherwise indicated at checkout, charges are processed in USD.
  • Your bank/PayPal may apply FX conversion or cross-border fees.

Authorizations, Holds & Verification

  • For fraud prevention, we may hold or cancel orders that fail verification or appear high-risk.
  • Ensure your billing name, address, and phone are accurate; mismatches can delay processing.
  • We do not accept COD (cash on delivery).

Refunds to Original Method

  • Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
  • Posting times depend on the provider (typically 3–10 business days after we issue the refund).
  • Any currency conversion differences or third-party fees are handled by your bank/PayPal.

Order Confirmation

  • After successful payment, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details and receipt.
