    Welcome to Hunting Holsters. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.huntingholsters.com (the “Site”) and any purchase from us. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

    1) Use of the Site

    You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You will not:

    • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
    • Upload or transmit malware, attempt to breach security, or disrupt the Site.
    • Scrape, copy, or reproduce content except as expressly permitted.

    We may refuse service, suspend, or terminate accounts for violations.

    2) Orders & Payment

    Order acceptance. Your order is an offer to buy; we accept only when we send a shipping/dispatch confirmation. We may limit or cancel quantities per person, household, or order (e.g., suspected fraud or abuse).

    Pricing & taxes. All prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. Taxes, duties, and shipping are calculated at checkout or charged by your carrier/customs on delivery (see Section 3 and 4).

    Payment methods. We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure gateways. Payments are processed by third-party providers over encrypted connections. Your bank may charge FX or cross-border fees.

    Errors. If a price, availability, or specification is incorrect due to a clerical/technical error, we may cancel and refund the order.

    3) Shipping & Delivery

    • We ship internationally only from Sialkot, Pakistan.
    • Delivery times vary by destination and carrier; tracking is provided when available.
    • We are not responsible for delays outside our control (customs holds, carrier delays, weather, force majeure).

    Duties & taxes. Import VAT/GST, duties, brokerage, and handling fees are the buyer’s responsibility where applicable.

    Split shipments. We may ship items separately at no extra cost to you.

    4) Returns & Refunds

    Please read our Returns & Refunds policy for full details (30-day window, conditions, non-returnables, RMAs). In summary:

    • Returns of eligible items are accepted within 30 days of delivery in unused, original condition and packaging.
    • Custom-made/personalized holsters are non-returnable unless defective or damaged on arrival.
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made an error.
    • Where these Terms differ from the Returns policy, the Returns & Refunds page controls.

    5) Product Information & Fit

    We aim for accurate descriptions, photos, and compatibility notes. Minor cosmetic variations may occur due to leather’s natural character and handcrafting. You are responsible for selecting the correct firearm model, hand orientation, and options unless otherwise agreed.

    6) Intellectual Property

    All Site content (text, images, logos, designs) is owned by Hunting Holsters or its licensors and is protected by IP laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

    7) User Accounts

    You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate, current information and update it as needed. Notify us promptly of any security issue.

    8) Reviews & User Content

    By submitting reviews, photos, or comments, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the Site and our marketing, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

    9) Third-Party Links & Tools

    We may link to third-party sites or provide access to third-party tools. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

    10) Warranty Disclaimer

    Except as required by law, the Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

    11) Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hunting Holsters and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; loss of data, profits, or goodwill; or claims arising from your use or inability to use the Site or products. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product(s) at issue.

    12) Compliance & Prohibited Uses

    You are responsible for complying with local laws regarding the purchase, possession, and use of holsters and carry accessories. Do not use our products illegally or unsafely. We may refuse orders where sale or import is restricted.

    13) Privacy

    Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data.

    14) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

    These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan, for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site.

    15) Changes to These Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect upon posting with the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
