Return Window

You may return unused products in original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  1. Custom-made or personalized holsters (unless defective/damaged on arrival)
  2. Clearance / final-sale items (clearly marked on the product page)
  3. Items returned after 30 days without prior authorization

Condition Requirements

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and include all accessories, documentation, and original packaging. Signs of wear, missing parts, or damage may reduce your refund or lead to refusal.

How to Start a Return (RMA)

  1. Email support@huntingholsters.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will issue return instructions and the return address.
  3. Send the item back using a trackable shipping service and share the tracking number.. 

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong item, we cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label.
  • For all other returns (change of mind, wrong size ordered, etc.), the customer pays return shipping.

Refunds

  • We process refunds within 5–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the return.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping costs and any expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If inspection finds wear, damage, or missing parts, we may deduct a restocking/repair fee (up to 20%) or decline the refund.

Exchanges

If you need a different size/model/color, contact us. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order or we can arrange a direct exchange (additional shipping may apply).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Shipping Scope (Important)

  • We ship internationally only from our workshop in Sialkot, Pakistan. 

International Returns (all customers)

  • Mark parcels as “Returned Goods” to avoid duties on re-entry.
  • Any import duties, taxes, or courier fees charged back to us may be deducted from your refund.
  • We do not accept COD (cash-on-delivery) returns.
