Shipping Information – Hunting Holsters

 

Order Processing

  • We prepare orders within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • If a product is marked made-to-order, the lead time shown on the product page is in addition to transit time.
  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking is sent as soon as your order dispatches.

Where We Ship

  • We ship internationally only from Sialkot, Pakistan.
  • We do not ship to addresses inside Pakistan. Orders to Pakistan addresses will be canceled and refunded.

Delivery Options & Timeframes (from dispatch)

  • Standard Worldwide: ~10–14 business days
  • Rush Worldwide: ~7–10 business days

Actual transit times depend on destination, carrier capacity, and customs clearance. Estimates exclude weekends/holidays.

Shipping Costs

  • Calculated at checkout based on destination, weight/volume, and service level.
  • Import VAT/GST, duties, brokerage, and handling fees are the buyer’s responsibility where applicable.

Free Shipping Eligibility

  • Threshold: Free Standard Worldwide shipping on orders $500+ (merchandise subtotal after discounts, before taxes/duties).
  • Destinations: Available to eligible international destinations shown at checkout. We do not ship inside Pakistan.
  • What’s included: One shipment to a single address using our Standard Worldwide service.
  • What’s not included: Oversize/overweight items, remote-area surcharges, and expedited/Rush services.
  • Duties & taxes: Import VAT/GST, duties, brokerage, and handling fees are not covered by free shipping.
  • Returns impact: If a return reduces your order below $500, we may deduct our actual outbound shipping cost from the refund.
  • Promotions: Coupon codes apply to the merchandise total; eligibility is evaluated after discounts.

Note: Transit estimates (7–14 business days depending on service) begin at dispatch and exclude customs delays and holidays.

Tracking Your Order

All shipments include tracking. You’ll receive a tracking link by email when your parcel leaves our workshop. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to show first scans.

Address Accuracy & Changes

  • We ship to the address provided at checkout.
  • If you need to change the address, email support@huntingholsters.com before dispatch. After dispatch, rerouting/relabeling fees (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.

Multiple Items in One Order

Items may ship together or separately depending on availability. You’ll receive tracking for each parcel.

Customs & Regulations

Please check your local import rules before ordering. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or items held due to local restrictions. If a parcel is returned to us due to refusal, unpaid duties, or an invalid address, we can reship (additional postage) or refund minus original shipping once received back in good condition.

Delivery Issues

  • Late or no movement: If tracking shows no updates for 15 business days (Standard) or 10 business days (Rush), contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
  • Damaged/incorrect items: Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can replace or refund.
  • Lost parcels: After carrier investigation confirms loss, we’ll replace or refund your order.

Sanctioned/Restricted Destinations

We do not ship to countries, persons, or entities subject to applicable sanctions or embargoes. Orders to restricted destinations will be canceled and refunded.
