The design uses a leather extension and a steel reverse J clip that anchors securely to the belt while allowing fabric to be tucked between the clip and holster body. From the outside, only the narrow black clip remains visible, blending naturally with a dark belt.
The holster features a straight drop orientation with no forward cant, offering a natural vertical draw stroke. This position works well for appendix and hip carry, particularly in positions ranging from front carry to strong-side hip. The open muzzle accommodates various slide lengths within the supported firearm category, while the stitched sight track protects taller front sights during draw.
A reinforced slide guard keeps the rear of the slide and sights from contacting the body, improving comfort during extended wear. Adjustable retention is controlled by a tension screw, allowing the user to fine-tune draw resistance according to preference.
