The holster body is crafted from durable leather and molded to the profile of popular 1911 style pistols. The molding helps the firearm seat securely while maintaining a consistent draw stroke. A reinforced opening allows for one handed reholstering, which is especially useful during range training or everyday carry.

An adjustable tension screw near the trigger guard allows the user to fine tune the retention level. This feature helps accommodate personal preference between a tighter carry or a faster draw.

The holster is mounted to a rugged polymer paddle platform designed to sit securely inside the waistband while the holster rides outside the belt. The paddle provides a stable carry platform while allowing the holster to be removed without removing the belt.

The paddle attachment also allows adjustable cant positioning, enabling the user to set the holster angle for strong side carry or a slight forward draw angle depending on comfort and draw style.

Designed for full size and compact 1911 style pistols, this holster supports barrel lengths between approximately two and five inches.
