Between the layers of leather, the holster incorporates a reinforced internal core, which adds structure and helps maintain the holster’s shape over time. This reinforced construction helps prevent the holster from collapsing when the firearm is removed, allowing for easier reholstering compared with softer leather holsters.

A raised protective backing separates the firearm from direct body contact. This improves comfort while carrying and helps protect the firearm finish from contact with the body during extended wear.
